What is the difference between classic individual eyelash extensions & Russian volume eyelash extensions?
Classic individual eyelash extensions are applied ONE eyelash extension to ONE natural eyelash. For example, if you have 100 natural lashes I will only be able to apply 100 eyelash extensions using the classic technique.
The Russian volume technique is accomplished when multiple eyelash extensions (2-6) are hand made into a fan then glued to ONE natural lash.
What makes this technique so amazing is that Russian Volume eyelash extensions are EXTREMELY thin! Meaning the weight of this technique is often less than or equal to the weight of a classic eyelash extension. This is why Russian volume can be worn by anyone, including those with severely thin natural lashes.

Can I shower & swim while wearing eyelash extensions?
You should avoid direct contact with water for the first 24 hours around the eye area. After that time, they will be fine in water as the bonding agent is waterproof. If possible, avoid direct contact with the jets of the shower on the extensions & wear goggles when swimming.
Can I still wear make-up?
Yes. You can continue to wear make-up when you wear lash extensions but it is important to use an oil-free make-up remover, as oil will damage the bonding agent. You will find you no longer need to use mascara, but you can use it on the tips of the lashes if you desire, however, waterproof mascara is not recommended.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
It is normal to lose a few individual false eyelashes in the first 24 hours whilst the adhesive is setting, & care should be taken during this period. Your own lashes shed naturally & new ones continue to grow in a replenishing cycle. We naturally shed 2 - 4 lashes from each eye in a day so the lash extensions will last as long as the cycle of your natural lash. Touch ups are recommended every 3 - 4 weeks depending on your individual needs (you must still have over 30% of your eyelashes remaining for it to be counted as a touch up). Your after care will affect how long your extensions last.
How many extensions are applied?
Anywhere between 50 - 150 individual eyelashes are applied to each eye, the final amount will be dependent upon the size & shape of your eyes & type of look you want to achieve (natural or glamorous). I focus on designing & shaping the entire lash line using different lash sizes to create an individually designed look.
What is the best way to care for eyelash extensions?
The best way to cleanse the lash line is to use warm water (previously boiled) & add a few drops of baby shampoo. Using a cotton bud or lint free cleansing applicator wipe along the lash line several times to give it a good clean, this will help to clean away any bacteria or debris that has built up. Ideally, this should be done daily but at least 2 to 3 times a week. Not only will this help to keep your lashes nice & clean, but it can also help you grow your eyelashes to the maximum length that they can be. Furthermore, it’s a great preventative measure to help avoid any eyelash related health problems, not to mention keeping your semi-permanent lash extensions in top condition.
